
Jessica Duterlay joined the firm in February 2018 as a tax lawyer.
In September 2019, Jessica Duterlay became a partner on the Office.
Jessica obtained the CRFPA (bar exam) in December 2019, after a year of preparation at the Institute of Institute d’Etudes Judiciaires of Nice.
Jessica works in the field of Tax Law (Personal Taxation, Wealth tax, International
Taxation, Corporate Taxation), in tax litigations but also in Corporate Law
(incorporation, modifications, transfer of shares and ownership, transfer of business,
Equity).
She obtained a Postgraduate Master’s degree in tax law and a Postgraduate Master
II in Corporate Tax Strategy as well as a degree in mediation, which she obtained at
the Nice Law School.
Before joining the firm, she acquired know-how and skills from various companies
both in France and abroad (Big Four company, law firms, notary office, French
Company House), but also in her capacity as a former lecturer at the Nice Law
School in the field of Constitutional Law, EU taxation and Administrative Law .
Her working languages are : French, English and Italian.
